Muzdoor.com offers bidding platform for labours and customers. Homeowners or business owners who need to renovate or fix any damages such as water leakage, gas leakage, plumbing works, electrical work, short circuit issue; they can post a job for muzdoor on Muzdoor.com platform.

Customer and the labour must signup for the bidding to work. They both need to verify their email address and their identity. When customer posts a job, muzdoor can submit the bid. It is up to the customer to accept or reject the bid.

Usually, the customers take notices of the lowest bids. And lowest bids win the customer's price. However, it depends on the customers, labour qualifications and the labour's background. Customers can also bid for high price depending on the product and services offered by the labour or a company.

Muzdoor.com requires government issued documents to check on labour's background. It is mandatory for each labour to go through security protocol as soon as a labour is registered at Muzdoor.com platform. Muzdoor.com need labour's Pakistan issued Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) for background checks and legitimacy.

We take every complaint very serious. When complaing about the labour or a customer; please make sure to email us the JOB ID, your subject, and your complaint to support@muzdoor.com.

Muzdoor.com is in a for-profit business. We help our customers to research on labour background and then develop relationship between a labour and a customer.

When it comes to the evidence we will ask you to provide things like:

• Dates you first became aware of the issue or issues.
• Confirmation of the date that you first raised the issue with the labour or a customer.
• Any copies of correspondence between labour and the customer. This can include emails, letters, webchat and SMS.
• Any details of telephone calls between labour and the customer. This can include the dates, time, and the names of the people you spoke to.
• Any other relevant information that you consider will assist in your complaint.

Muzdoor.com has a monthly and yearly subscription. Prices differ on both subscription. Yes, you can cancel your monthly subscription at any point. If you cancel middle of the month; you will still be charged for the whole month.

Muzdoor.com facilitiates all kinds of labour, either starting in career or experienced. Muzdoor.com does heavy background checks including NADRA background check from third party resources, Basic interview skills from the muzdoor individually. If any references are given by the labour, then Muzdoor.com calls them and verify references.

Yes, you can. After signing up, you will be asked to select the payment type. You can select Bank Transfer. An invoice will be generated. You will be given Bank Transfer information in the invoice. Please email us at support@muzdoor.com. with bank receipt as a proof. We will check with the bank and let you know by registered email. This is a slow process and may take 4 to 5 business days.
